birdnardz

Birdnard is a character that Adsapaps and I created in 2018. We used to make webcomics of his antics, and in 2021 we started working on an NFT project for him with help from sad_tech (development) and subphonicgx (discord). My focuses were the art, marketing, backstory, website and finances. I was operating Birdnardz as a side project but it soon became my full focus.
The concept was to generate 9,696 unique birdnardz with different costumes and attributes, with 69 custom drawn nardz scattered throughout. His Twitter remained authentic to the character that had been built over the years with lots of outlandish opinions and grammatical errors (he is a bird after all).

The project didn’t take off like we’d hoped it would but it was one of the most educational experiences I’ve had, learning through experience about the many different aspects of general business. 
He is having a rest for now, but Birdnard will never be down and out. Peace, love and beak.
