nature’s palms

As a personal project I decided to try and combine 2 of my favourite things to draw; cartoon hands and animals. My idea was to have 5 different hand positions which would each represent a quality of the animals that the hand is made up of e.g. pointing finger would be animals with the longest snouts, fist would be the angriest etc. I thought it would also be fun to make a little slogan for each one.
I loved doing this project as it gave me a chance to be experimental with colour and design, draw animals I had not previously and also learn some new wildlife facts in the process!
